The Trustees of Amerdale Hall are delighted to share the news that The Craven Trust has just pledged a grant of £940.80 this month to help with the cost of a new glass washer in the refurbished bar. 

The Craven Trust is a grant-making charity supporting community projects in the Craven area (parts of North and West Yorkshire, Cumbria and Lancashire — the northern part of the former West Riding of Yorkshire). The Trust provides local money for local needs. Donations from their supporters (both companies and individuals) are used to build an endowment fund. The interest earned is paid out in grants so that contributions continue to benefit the community for years to come. The Trust’s fundamental aim is to spread grants as fairly and as widely as possible between urban and rural communities.

The Trustees of Amerdale Hall express their sincere thanks to the Craven Trust for helping us improve the facilities of the Hall.

Amerdale Hall’s next Bingo evening is being held on Friday 11th April 2025, at Kilnsey Village Hall. £1.00 per card. Proceeds will go towards the Amerdale Hall renovations. Save the date. Everyone welcome.

Littondale's Coffee and Cake morning is with us again on Saturday, 12th April, 2025. As the hall is closed for phase 2 of the renovations, we'll be meeting at the Halton Gill Reading Room.

Just drop in from 10.30am to 12.30pm and join us for coffee, cake and a chat. Donations to Amerdale Hall will go towards renovation costs. Everyone welcome!

Looking Forward to the Summer

Stay tuned for events as the weather warms up. Watch out for the Arncliffe Cross Country Golf Day and the Entertainments Committee is planning a Race Night in late May.
